Unfortunately, all earrings are NON-RETURNABLE due to hygiene reasons.
I will however except returns and issue refunds if the product is in any way faulty, or if it is not as described. Necklaces, bangles etc CAN be exchanged.
If product (excluding earrings) is unwanted, I will offer a refund, minus the cost of postage.
I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the product while in transit, but I will do all I can to make the parcel secure for travel.
